Such positions placed her in a management role to oversee the generation of over $3B, building four brands through an e-commerce platform and managing the P&L.

Since taking over the reins of the company, McGalla has also advanced her resume by becoming a consultant to influential personalities who need an expert’s perspective on the world market. According to her, having independence in her career is directly attributed to years of hard work and pursuing a goal she was passionate about.
