With successful clinical trials currently taking place in Florida and Michigan, stories are beginning to spread on just how miraculous Neurocore’s programs have been for some families. In Grandville, Michigan, one such family is finally able to function, relax, and spend quality time together. Tiffany Polanski, mother of Jackson Polanski, said though her son had never been officially diagnosed with Attention Deficient Disorder, she had known for years that something was wrong with her child. Polanski had even resorted to using Melatonin to help Jackson relax, and to help his brain ‘turn off’ at night, something she said simply wasn’t happening and effected Jackson deeply. Follow Neurocore on

After forty treatments through brain mapping, as well as both nuero and biofeedback, with Neurocore Brain Performance Centers, Tiffany reports that both she and Jackson have seen a complete turnaround in the boy’s overall happiness, and stress levels. Being one of the most commonly diagnosed disorders in children, ADHD is commonly treated with both medication and behavioral therapy, though many only choose the former. With Neurocore Brain Performance Center’s biofeedback, many have been able to see lasting results without the use of medication altogether. Described as a ‘reward system for the brain’ Neurocore’s treatment programs have been shown to literally change the shape and substance of the brain, resulting in diminished symptoms and long lasting results in those treated.

Banco Bradesco’s New Chairman Luiz Carlos Trabuco Is Ready To Move The Bank To The Next Level

Banco Bradesco is a unique bank. Bradesco is one of those small city banks that grew into an international bank. The change didn’t happen overnight. For the last 74 years, Bradesco executives have worked hard to make the bank relevant in Brazil as well as in countries around the world. But only two men carried most of the merger and acquisition load since the doors opened in 1943. Those men, founder Amador Aguiar, and Lázaro de Mello Brandão get the credit for keeping the bank on track as the bank’s only two Chairmen of the Board.

Amador Aguiar went to the big bank vault in the sky in 1991, but before he did, he made sure Luiz Carlos Trabuco was in a position to take over for Lázaro de Mello Brandão someday. Trabuco found a career with the bank in 1969. Aguiar and Brandão saw something in Trabuco that other bankers didn’t see. Trabuco didn’t have accounting training, and he wasn’t a finance major at the University of Sao Paulo, so his banking talents alluded most people. But Brandão knew Trabuco would be an important asset as the bank continued to expand.

Trabuco is a fast learner, so he moved through the training program quickly. Brandão made sure Trabuco got several opportunities to show those hidden talents, and Luiz didn’t disappoint his mentor. Trabuco became a director in the 1970s, and in 1984, he was one of the VPs that founder Aguiar and CEO Brandão put their faith in. When the president position at Seguros, the bank’s insurance division, was available, Brandão didn’t waste any time naming Trabuco as the new insurance chief. Luiz was president of Seguros from 2003 to 2009. During those years, Seguros was a top profit generator. Trabuco’s insurance division put 40 percent of the bank’s total net income on the bottom line. At the end of 2009, Brandão gave Trabuco the keys to the bank’s president’s office, and Trabuco didn’t disappoint the Brandão or the Board of Directors.

Bradesco success is a joint effort. Trabuco and Brandão have an efficient and competent executive team in place. When Bradesco had one eye on HSBC’s Brazilian operation in 2015, VP Alexandre da Silva Glüher was the person who put the $5 billion deal together according to And when Trabuco wanted to incorporate a new online banking platform, IT Vice President Mauricio Machado de Minas was the man who put the platform together. Trabuco has an uncanny management and banking sense, and his team understands what that sense can do for them and the bank.

Lázaro de Mello Brandão is finally at the end of his banking career. Trabuco is taking over as Chairman of the Board, but he is still the CEO until a new CEO surfaces in February 2018. The New CEO will come from the executive pool. Seven candidates are ready to take over as CEO, but it’s up to the six-member board and retiring chief Lázaro de Mello Brandão to pick the Trabuco’s replacement. Alexandre da Silva Glüher and Mauricio Machado de Minas are top candidates, but, Andre Cano, Domingos Figueiredo Abreu, Josué Augusto Pancini, Octavio de Lazari and Marcelo Noronha are candidates as well. The other five candidates head the human resource, lending, investment, operations, and insurance divisions of the bank.

Some Bradesco employees think Luiz Carlos Trabuco will be less visible as chairman, but the people who know the down-to-earth chairman think Trabuco is just starting to make a difference. At 68, Trabuco has the knowledge, expertise, and the patience to take Bradesco to the next level. Investors on Wall Street think Trabuco will help the bank’s stock value in 2018 because of his successful 48-year banking track record.

Michael Terpins: The Ace Brazilian Rally Driver

The formidable pair of Paulistas Michel Terpins and Maykel Justo, 40 and 37 respectively, representing the Bull Sertoes Rally Team were able to win two of the three stages of the 25th edition of the Sertoes Rally in their Prototypes T1. With a total of 11:45:23s, the pair were in the lead in the accumulated category and 4th overall.

However, in the 3rd stage, the tables were to turn when a mechanical problem forced the pair to slow down. The third stage spans between Santa Terezinha de Goias to Aruana, a total distance of 306km. The mechanical problem was the result of an issue the vehicle had the previous Monday during the marathon stage. The vehicle was unfortunately not able to get the mechanical support it needed at the end of that day.

The vehicle’s gearbox and rear suspension were damaged forcing Michael Terpins to take his feet off the pedal so as not to worsen their result. In the end, they finished 4th in Prototypes T1 and as 10th in the overall race.

In an interview, Paulistas Michel Terpins revealed that when the vehicle started to present issues he knew what mattered most was completing the race, despite the fact that they were leading.

The race was Paulistas Michel Terpins 10th appearance at the competition and the second consecutive year he was relying on Maykel Justo for navigation. Paulistas Michel Terpins’ debut on the Sertoes Rally Grid was in 2002 in the motorcycle category. He would later compete in more races and become more important to the game.

This year’s race will be taken place in the Midwest, consisting of 280 participants, pilots, and navigators from every nook and cranny of the country and from overseas. There will be 161 vehicles competing in Cross Country and Regularity category. Motorcycles and quadricycles will also be involved. There will be covering a distance of 3,300km.

The intense longing for speed and off-road motivated Sao Paulo brothers Rodrigo Terpins and Michael Terpins to start the Bull Sertoes Rally Team. At the time Rodrigo was 44 years old and had five Sertoes Rally under his belt while Michael was 40 years old and had participated in the Sertoes Rally nine times. Before they founded the Bull Sertoes Rally team the pair had been racing on board the T-Rex, which had been developed by MEM Motorsport.

Home Improvement Tips for a Warmer Home

When heating up your home this winter, make sure that your home is fully insulated. If your home is not insulated, then heat and warmth will escape from your home when you turn on the heater. Your heater will have to work harder and use more energy. This will cause your energy bills to go up.

Another thing that you should do is check for dampness. It is possible that there are certain things causing your home to get damp. This is not a good sign, and if you notice it, get a professional to help you out.

You may also want to add carpets to your home. Carpeting can help you stay warmer by keeping your feet warm. If you already have carpets, you can improve your home by replacing them with new ones.

Remember that sunlight can help you raise the temperature in your home. You will have a warmer home if sunlight can enter with abundance. Make sure your windows shades are not closed. Another good idea is to install a skylight. Skylights can allow additional sunlight to enter your home.

If you want to do renovations to your home, there are many possible parts of your home that you can renovate during the winter. Your bathroom is one of them. It is hard to renovate your deck when it is covered with snow, but a bathroom renovation makes for the perfect winter renovation project.
